Is this within Google’s rules?
Yes. Bravoly filters nobody: every client gets the same request and can post on Google whatever their rating. Unhappy clients go through a private form first, then keep the option to post.
Will my clients get too many texts?
No. One text per visit, two hours after the appointment, signed with your salon’s name. No automatic reminders, and any client can opt out by replying.
Do I need to change my booking software?
No. Bravoly plugs into Planity through Chift and reads checkouts. Treatwell, Salonkee and Shore come next. Nothing changes for your team at the counter.
What happens when a client is unhappy?
Their low rating opens a private form instead of the Google link. Their message lands in the dashboard, in the “To call back” list, and you can fix the problem before it goes public.
Why 20 to 40 reviews a month?
That is the range we aim for with a salon that checks out a few hundred appointments a month, when every happy client is asked at the right moment. The number depends on your footfall; the dashboard shows it month after month.
